Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize product operations strategies to support Hostaway’s software products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive product success and alignment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across product initiatives.
• Monitor key product performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment of product goals and priorities across all relevant departments.

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced international environment across the EMEA region.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects to successful completion with strong organizational skills.
