Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dedicated talent management or related senior HR role, preferably within a large organization.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing HRIS and talent management software.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset in human resources.
