Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Ensure an exceptional and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies effectively for tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand and talent pipeline aligned with Oxfam’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within the non-profit or international development sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant recruiting software.
