    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow a portfolio of key voice accounts, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in voice solutions.
    • Identify new business opportunities and effectively upsell/cross-sell MADA®’s diverse service offerings.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, billing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in account management or sales within the telecommunications industry, specifically voice services.
    • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of telecom solutions, including voice, messaging, and data services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
