Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key voice accounts, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in voice solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively upsell/cross-sell MADA®’s diverse service offerings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, billing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales within the telecommunications industry, specifically voice services.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of telecom solutions, including voice, messaging, and data services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
