Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions for financial trading platforms.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of critical systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architectural strategy.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or similar senior technical role.
• Strong expertise in software development methodologies and system design.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, C++, cloud platforms).
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading systems, or fintech solutions is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and regulated environment.
