Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust and scalable frontend architecture for an AI-native ERP.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure the responsiveness, performance, and accessibility of the application.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, ideally with enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for responsive design.
- Experience with complex data visualization and real-time reporting features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or hybrid environment.
