Key Responsibilities
- Provide immediate and critical nursing care to emergency patients.
- Assess patient conditions, implement treatment plans, and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and perform emergency medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records adhering to hospital protocols.
- Ensure a safe, sterile, and clean environment within the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Vocational Certificate in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in an Emergency Department setting.
- Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates or eligibility to obtain one.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations.
