Key Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate and life-saving care to critically ill or injured patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Perform rapid patient assessments, diagnose emergency conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as per physician orders and hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, document observations accurately, and report changes in patient condition promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with emergency medical teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and preventive health measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification recognized for UAE licensing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, with a preference for experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Possess a valid nursing license/registration from home country and eligibility for UAE licensing.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, protocols, and critical care equipment.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
