Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill cardiac patients in the CICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and manage life support systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatments, and recovery.
• Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and registration in the country of practice, eligible for UAE licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
