Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from research to implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving.
- Expertise in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Experience designing for global platforms or HR/payroll solutions is a plus.
