Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Deel platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful products.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve.
- Communicate product plans, benefits, and features to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or global mobility platforms is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
