Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for staff.
- Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation in adherence to company policies.
- Process travel requests and expense reports efficiently.
- Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to secure optimal rates and services.
- Provide support and assistance to staff during their travels.
- Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenditures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a travel coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English; German language skills a plus.
