Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock inventory, including receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise.
  • Oversee back office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and data management.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying product details and documentation.
  • Support sales teams with stock availability, transfers, and product information.
  • Ensure compliance with Cartier’s operational standards and luxury brand guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to stock movement and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in stock management or back office operations, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
