Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize losses.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and maintain efficient stock management systems and processes.
- Monitor product movement, identify fast-moving and slow-moving items, and report findings.
- Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in stock management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
