Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and appealing store environment, including product display and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, especially regarding product sales and age verification.
• Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide information and support regarding PMI’s innovative smoke-free products.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by store operations.
• No prior experience is required; full training on products and sales procedures will be provided.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
