Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and meet their purchasing needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar purchasing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in relevant purchasing software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
