Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and represent the brand through all activities.
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create selling opportunities.
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s vision.
- Recruit, develop, and retain strong talents.
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in fashion retail, ready to step into a Store Manager role and based in the UAE.
- People-focused approach, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong commercial mindset, confident in reading KPIs and understanding business performance.
- Genuine passion for fashion and client experience, comfortable leading styling conversations.
