Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within fashion or sustainable brands.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
