Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement store commercial strategy to exceed sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities.
- Embody the Maison and inspire the team through leading by example.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Be a CELINE ambassador and represent the brand in community activities.
Requirements
- Business School, University, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
