Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal and product presentation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clientele in the luxury segment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury goods, watches, or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and manage store budgets.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail software.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
