Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring an engaging and positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Train, motivate, and mentor store staff, fostering a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
• Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and the overall presentation of the store.
• Implement strategies to enhance brand representation, customer loyalty, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management or supervision, preferably within the fashion or apparel sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
