Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records by receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing goods using WMS/ERP and RF-scanning workflows.
- Manage daily warehouse operations, supervising issuing, packing, dispatch, and returns, while enforcing FIFO/LIFO.
- Lead inventory control activities, conducting cycle counts, periodic physical stocktakes, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to forecast needs and expedite critical items.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including delivery notes, stock movement logs, and vendor returns.
Requirements
- Proven background in store supervision or storekeeping within logistics, construction, facilities, or maintenance operations in the UAE.
- Strong familiarity with WMS/ERP workflows and RF scanning for high-volume stores.
- Experience preparing stock reports, performing reconciliations, and liaising with procurement and site teams.
- Skills in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
