Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of store associates to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and quality control.
- Implement and ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Optimize store processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within retail or operations.
