Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
• Update all stock transactions and movements in the ERP system.
• Prepare documentation such as packing lists, delivery notes, and basic emails.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials in the assigned warehouse area.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and internal teams for order requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper workflow within the warehouse section.
• Work from a dedicated station with a computer/system provided.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of basic warehouse operations and stock handling.
• Ability to work on ERP systems for data entry and inventory updates.
• Good written and basic communication skills for emails and documentation.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
