Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.
  • Organize and arrange items within the warehouse or storage facility for optimal space utilization and easy retrieval.
  • Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel based on approved requisitions.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures for all stored items, including hazardous materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory management role (2 Year+).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory records and using inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good physical condition for handling, lifting, and moving goods as required.
  • Effective communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
