Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical devices and supplies accurately.
• Maintain precise inventory records using designated management systems.
• Organize and arrange stock in the warehouse for optimal accessibility and efficiency.
• Prepare and dispatch orders according to shipping schedules and requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the storage area is consistently clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stacking as required.
• Basic computer literacy for operating inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures is considered an asset.
