Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily stores operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the stores department.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels, material consumption, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stores Executive or in a similar inventory and warehouse management role.
- Strong understanding of warehousing procedures, inventory control best practices, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
