Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all daily stores operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the stores department.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels, material consumption, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Stores Executive or in a similar inventory and warehouse management role.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing procedures, inventory control best practices, and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
