Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and manage warehousing activities.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, and suppliers for timely material flow.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards within the stores.
- Supervise, train, and mentor store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stores Supervisor or in a similar inventory management role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, inventory management tools).
