Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic cargo clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize complex cargo service contracts and agreements.
  • Provide strategic insights and solutions to clients, enhancing their supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and customer service teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic account management or business development within the air cargo or logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of global air freight operations and supply chain management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain high-value client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
