Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective companies, assessing financial and operational viability.
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial contact to successful integration.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive acquisition proposals and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English and Czech preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple complex projects, and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the construction and energetics sectors.
