Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic business partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
  • Experience working within a diverse industry portfolio is a significant advantage.
