Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR consultation to business units on talent management, organizational design, and performance.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives and foster employee development programs to build a high-performing team.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in China.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
