Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic HR consultation to business units on talent management, organizational design, and performance.
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives and foster employee development programs to build a high-performing team.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment in compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in China.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
