    The Global Environment & Technology Foundation (GETF) is seeking a Strategic Marketing Subject Matter Expert to lead Zambia Youth Digital Advocacy initiatives. This contract role involves applying strategic marketing expertise to empower youth and promote sustainable development through digital platforms in Zambia.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic digital marketing and advocacy campaigns targeting youth in Zambia.
    • Provide expert guidance on best practices in digital engagement, social media, and online content creation.
    • Collaborate with local partners to tailor advocacy messages for maximum impact within the Zambian context.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to achieve advocacy goals effectively.
    • Mentor and build capacity within local teams on digital advocacy techniques and tools.
    • Ensure all digital advocacy initiatives align with GETF’s mission and sustainable development goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in strategic marketing and digital advocacy.
    • Extensive experience with youth engagement programs, preferably in a development context.
    • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media trends in Zambia or similar regions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global team.
    • Commitment to sustainable development and GETF’s mission.
