Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sourcing opportunities and optimize procurement processes for clinical trials.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for clinical trial supplies and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand research needs and requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices in sourcing and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
