• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality regulations.
• Fluency in Croatian is preferred for effective communication.
