Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring high quality.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions and iterations.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.
