Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting various talent management initiatives and projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, particularly in talent development.
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent management and HR technology trends.
  • Help organize logistics for training sessions, workshops, and team events.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and talent management system records.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent management, HR processes, and working within an IT environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
