Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and supporting various talent management initiatives and projects.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, particularly in talent development.
- Conduct research on best practices in talent management and HR technology trends.
- Help organize logistics for training sessions, workshops, and team events.
- Maintain and update HR databases and talent management system records.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent management, HR processes, and working within an IT environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
