Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students within the school premises.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce school rules and regulations consistently.
- Assist in managing student attendance, punctuality, and corridor movements.
- Support teachers and staff in maintaining a disciplined and orderly learning environment.
- Handle minor student conflicts and guide them towards positive resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding behavioral matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or educational support role, ideally within a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
- Strong ability to manage student behavior effectively and calmly.
