Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all construction and fabrication activities on site.

  • Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in construction supervision, particularly in fabrication projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
