Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and budget, reporting regularly to project management.
• Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that arise efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and maintain Penspen’s high standards for operational excellence and project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, preferably within the energy infrastructure sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, managing resources effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and relevant construction tools.
