Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve performance targets and enhance productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail or convenience store sector (5 Year+).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on staff development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage inventory, sales data, and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
