Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and provide exceptional client service.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with Chloé’s brand image.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ensure product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support store manager in administrative tasks and reporting.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of luxury fashion and clienteling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
