Key Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to represent owners and tenant’s concerns.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Investigate customer complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution.
• Execute timely collection of service charges.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor asset conditions.
• Maintain regular and up-to-date incident and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or customer service.
• Understanding of Facility Management aspects and objectives.
• Knowledge of Stakeholder Management and Contract Development.
• Ability to handle disputes and complaints effectively.
