Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site personnel to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Monitor progress, resources, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and identify potential hazards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Train and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil construction supervision, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
