Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily facilities management operations and services.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upkeep for all assigned facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of facility staff and external contractors.
- Monitor facility performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility conditions, expenditures, and operational activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related operational role at a supervisory level.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle emergencies with composure.
- Proficiency in relevant software and facility management systems.
