Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations and services across facilities.
• Supervise and lead a team of MEP technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
• Implement and monitor planned maintenance regimes to optimize facility performance and prolong asset life.
• Promptly address reactive callouts and efficiently troubleshoot MEP-related issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver integrated facility management solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within facility management.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on performance and development.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
