Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities on site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of MEP technicians and workers.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of MEP installations.
- Prepare reports on project status, resource allocation, and technical issues.
- Collaborate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools.
