Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports on supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop robust mitigation plans.
  • Utilize innovative information systems to enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role, preferably in an administrative support services environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively to a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
