Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and distribution.
- Optimize operational processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee manufacturing and production schedules to meet demand and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics partners.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality control standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain and operations management, preferably within the food, beverage, or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the alcoholic beverage industry and its regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
