Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, optimizing stock, and preventing shortages or excesses.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to streamline supply chain processes.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain transactions.
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management techniques.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global engineering environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
